Amanda Sedgwick-Maule is known for her patiences and kind approach to teaching as well as her passion and determination to achieve success. In both the classroom as well as independently, Amanda works very hard at mastering which ever project has captured her interest. From the basics of wheel throwing to creating a sculpture, her thoughtful process, craftsmanship and goal setting is what brings her back to the studio. The excitement of the challenge is one of the driving forces behind this artist.

Amanda teaches clay at Quyle Kilns on a daily basis and is very prolific in her own personal work. Not a day goes by without her hands touching clay one way or another.
