WEST COAST PREMIER
We discovered renowned East Coast artist and master paper maker, Anne Q. McKeown, while enjoying a plate of oysters at her family's Oyster Joint in Murphys. After some cajoling, she agreed to hang her art in our modest gallery.
Anne has been in hundreds of shows on the other side of the country and abroad. She is a graduate of Yale and was an art instructor at Rutgers University. This is one of those opportunities to see big-city art in our small town.

Our annual Artist Studio Tour got a glow-up. We've added an art show at the Native Sons Hall. More than 30 artists in 13 venue across Calaveras County.
