Shawna Holm is the owner and teacher at Gold Country Art Spot of San Andreas. Holm offers a place for kids to explore their natural creativity while learning art theory, art history, and experimenting with various artistic techniques and materials. Join for weekly studio classes, seasonal workshops and summer camp!
This year Holm's student artists will be participating in the studio tour! They will have a selection of student work displayed in the gallery on Main Street.

Beautiful and colorful landscape canvases this weekend that explored the contrast between warm and cool colors. Artists added unique textures and details, mixed some of their own colors, and created these amazing happy paintings!

The Calaveras County Arts Council is a private non-profit 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation.  Founded in 1981, our purpose is to coordinate excellence in the presenting and promotion of the visual and performing arts of all cultures for artists, residents and visitors.  Our staff is comprised of an executive director under the direction of a maximum 11-member volunteer Board of Directors. EIN 94-2779793
