Help bring art to Students!
The Calaveras County Arts Council has a mission to support arts in our public schools. In 2023 our fundraising event Ride & Walk 4 Art raised nearly $6,000; all of the money is earmarked for arts in our public schools.
Your contributions help pay for many things: art supplies for classes, visiting artists, school theater projects, art days at elementary schools.
But most importantly, your contributions help kids make sense of their lives as they learn critical real world skills like creative thinking, resilience, problem solving, and project management. Studies show that children with access to the arts fare better in school and life.
